  • The Florida Administrative Procedure Act is amended by the Legislature almost every year.
  • Members of the Administrative Law Section are provided with prompt and accurate accounts of the changes to the Act.
  • The Administrative Law Section also sponsors seminars to acquaint its members with the specific revisions to the Act.
  • The Administrative Law Section prepares a Practice Manual, published by The Florida Bar, that details the current status of Administrative Law in Florida
